OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT MUST BE CONTRACTED THROUGH SPICE ISLAND MARINE SERVICES. ACTIONS TO THE CONTRARY WILL RESULT IN FINES, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS. THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF ALL CONCERNED.
