Proof of liability insurance must be provided prior to haul out. Uninsured boats will not be accepted.

Credit card authorization must be accompanied by a signature and a photocopy of both sides of credit card, sent via WhatsApp or email.

STORAGE & BOAT WORK PREPARATION
Spice Island Marine Services has a team of dedicated professionals that can satisfy all refit and repair requirements. Please contact us if you have questions or do not see pricing for the work you require on this rate sheet.
Only boat owners/skippers and their official crew are authorized to work on boats at our facility without a work permit. Sub-contractors must be cleared through the office and are required to pay a 15% sub-contractor fee on all work undertaken. Actions to the contrary will result in fines, without exceptions. This is for the safety and security of all concerned.
All sails must be taken down and stowed by the owners upon hauling. Biminis can be left up but should a storm warning be issued they will be removed at the owner’s expense and remain down until launching. Dinghies and outboards must be securely strapped upside down on the deck or within our storage (see rates above). We recommend that masts be removed for storage during the official hurricane season.
Monohulls in storage during hurricane season will have forward and aft stands welded. For all stands to be welded together there is an additional charge of US$250.00. Please make a request to the office. Boat stands will be placed 2 per 10ft. All boats are strapped down during the hurricane season at no additional cost.
Parking within the yard is subject to space availability in designated areas only. Overnight parking is prohibited.
Spice Island Marine Services reserves the right to deny any vehicle access to the yard, and assumes no responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss to vehicles left on the property.
